Erika Portt, Ph.D., C. Psych.

Dr. Portt is a registered Clinical and Counselling Psychologist who works with children, adolescents, and adults, providing assessments and psychotherapy. She works with various presenting problems through assessments or therapy such as stress, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, OCD, PTSD, addiction, family conflict, anger, ADHD, and learning disorders).

Dr. Portt works with numerous First Responders and provides evidence-based treatment for PTSD including Cognitive Processing Therapy and Prolonged Exposure. Overall, she takes an integrative approach to treatment where she draws upon evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) skills, while helping clients work towards their individual goals, improve their coping skills, and enhance their well-being.
